The development and expansion of specialized facilities, such as the RS. Bhayangkara Sartika Asih Bandung hospital, are inherently complex projects requiring stringent controls to meet specific technical, operational, and regulatory standards. This research investigates the effect of Construction Management (CM) practices on the overall success of this development project. The study employs a descriptive-evaluative case study methodology, analyzing the application of key CM functions—specifically time management, cost control, quality assurance, and health/safety (K3) management—throughout the project lifecycle. Data was sourced from project documentation, progress reports, and stakeholder interviews to compare planned objectives against actual outcomes. The results demonstrate a direct positive correlation between the rigorous application of CM principles and project performance. Effective schedule control and proactive risk management were identified as critical factors in minimizing delays, while stringent quality assurance was essential in meeting the hospital's specific operational standards. This study concludes that the implementation of a systematic and professional construction management framework was a decisive factor in achieving the project's objectives—completing it on-time, within budget, and to the required quality—at RS. Bhayangkara Sartika Asih.
